Welcome to Parenting Workshops!
There’s no manual for parenting. Most of us get dropped into the most important role of our lives with very little idea how to actually do it.
I mean, we have a nursery. We got toys and clothes. We got the car seat properly installed.
But what about the big stuff?
Attachment. Boundaries. Values. Discipline. Teaching them how to be a good person. Creating a home our kids will want to come back to.
I wonder (worry?) about that stuff all the time.

I became a parent in kind of an unusual way. I started fostering when I lived alone, several provinces away from my family. I didn’t have the luxury of starting with an infant; I started with two under three and then moved straight to teens! Talk about jumping in the deep end! And most of it was during the pandemic, when outside help and support wasn't available.
Being a parent had been my dream my whole life. But the reality was a bit different than I’d imagined.
There were days I didn't think I'd make it through.
What I did have was decades of experience with kids, and a lot of excellent training about attachment, development, and trauma. And about 20 years of experience in leadership. Those things gave me the understanding, perspective, confidence, and tools that I’ve used to navigate all kinds of parenting challenges.
Now, I'm a Leadership Coach, for professionals AND for parents. I know how to equip and empower people to overcome barriers and build the life they want.
And that includes YOU.
Here are the parenting workshops coming up soon:
