I'm delighted to have you here.

The Leaders Circle is born out of a deep desire to help leaders get the foundation and the support they need.

Here's what you'll find in The Leaders Circle:

1. A Critical Skill Set: Over the course of six weeks, I'll personally lead you through the lessons that form the basis for a strong philosophy of leadership. These are skills you can use in any context, and they will transform the way you lead.

   
   

2. A Community of Peers: You'll be part of a small cohort during your course. There will be lots of time to learn from one another, and offer support and perspective.

   
   

3. A Coach: Each session will include group coaching, where we'll learn together about the day's topic. You also have two private coaching sessions with Dana that you can use to dive deeper into the specific things that matter most to you.
