In an ideal world, every new leader would have what they need to start off strong. Encouragement, challenge, opportunity, development. All the things that help you know "I can do this!"

That's what I had.

Well, sometimes. Sometimes I was fighting against the system that wasn't quite sure about women. Or I was struggling to be heard. Or I was dealing with imposter syndrome, my own worst enemy.

But so many times, people showed up for me.

They gave me skills. They gave me a community. They coached me. They gave me every opportunity to grow.

Even when I was young
Even when I was scared
Even when I didn't really know what I was doing
And the greatest gift of my life was realizing that I could do that for other people. It turns out the one thing I like more than being the leader is equipping the leaders.
I've helped hundreds of leaders get started and then wildly exceed expectations.

But I know not every leader has this kind of experience. Lots of you are out there, saying yes, jumping in, serving, and doing your best. But also doubting yourselves. Battling loneliness. Scrambling to figure things out. Wishing you had someone in your corner.

I created The Leaders Circle to give you the best of what I received, in a format that is easy to access and relevant in any context.
